You will be asked to fill out the order form and the number and expiration date of your credit card. Please note that the company does not collect or store your card details in any way. In case you choose to pay by credit card you must be present at the receipt of your order with your credit card and your ID. In this case (ie payment by credit card) it is not allowed to receive the order from a third party.

Receipt of products

Place your order by 14:00 Monday to Friday and the company usually sends you your order in 1-3 days by courier and the next working day in the big cities the delivery will take place. (Deliveries are not made on Saturday and Sunday).

In smaller cities – remote islands it may take 2-3 days if sent by courier.

The above deadlines may not be met by the transport company in periods of extreme weather events, strikes and in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport times and the company is not responsible.
Order delay

Your order may be delayed for the following reasons:
If there is no immediate availability of a product and its receipt is expected, in this case our partner will inform you about the delay time and will agree with you on how to manage your order.

If a product has ceased to be available and has not been withdrawn from our website upon receipt, our partner will contact you and suggest alternatives and agree with you on how to manage your order.

In periods of extreme weather events or strikes as well as in any case of force majeure, which may affect the transport and delivery of your order.

In case we try to contact you (by phone or email) for some clarification regarding your order and our communication will not be possible.
