INTERVIEW YOTA ADAMOPOULOU MARADEL BOOKS

3) What do you think is the magic recipe that must exist in a book in order to be able to touch the heart of the reader? -I doubt if there is any magic recipe, but the intensity, the agony, the passion, the love, the events that they excite your imagination and the interesting characters push you to keep reading. If you manage to get the reader to identify and create images in his mind with everything he reads I think you have managed to touch some part of it for sure.4) What kind of Literature could you never write or read? Tell us one your favorite book.-

I could neither read nor write a thriller. I just like to see them. There are several books that are in my favorites, but I will choose one and say The Autumn of the Witch, by Kati Oikonomou.5) At what age did you start writing and what point of writing do you consider to be the most difficult part of it? -Since I was little I liked to keep diaries, to write down my thoughts and feelings that I felt, but I had not developed it into something different. At the age of 26, I flirted with the idea and immediately put it into practice. The hardest part I think is to capture on paper, everything you have in your mind. Even the smallest detail.6) You have written many stories on the Wattpad form that were much loved by the reading public. Who is your favorite? If you started writing now would you rewrite on Wattpad or have you regretted your move? -I feel all my stories as my “kids”, so I do not think I can single out any. I would do it again and I do not regret at all that I started with the application of the wattpad. The comments and opinions of my readers, pushed me to become better and try harder to do what I like to do.7) If you were given the opportunity to rewrite one of your books from the beginning you would change something or someone ? -I was given the opportunity to do it in one of my books, but in the end I did not try. I believe that every story I have written is exactly as I wanted it and had it in my mind.

8) How long does it usually take you to complete a book?

Is there anyone who, while you completed it, made big changes because you were not satisfied with the result? – Usually, it takes me about 3 to 6 months to complete a story. I have not made big changes in anyone, but to fix some small things that did not leave me the taste I would like, yes.

9) What is the question you would like to answer that has never been asked?

-It’s a bit difficult .. But I wish someone had asked me if in any of my books there are real facts that I went through as fiction. And the answer would be that yes they exist, but no one could distinguish them as I have given them ..

11) How do you feel when the word “end” is included in each of your books? I know it’s too early but I’ll ask. Have you started writing someone else? Emotions are mixed. On the one hand, completion and joy that another story of mine came to an end and the protagonists got what they deserved and on the other hand, a deep melancholy and nostalgia. It’s a bit difficult to leave behind a “reality” that you lived through for a few months through your heroes. It may be too early, as you said, but my mind never stops creating characters, knitting situations and events. So the answer is yes, I have started writing my next book.

“The only things you regret in your life are the risks you never took.” I think it represents me perfectly. I like to take risks, even if in the end they do not have the desired result and I never regret anything. I am outraged by the injustice that exists in the world and to speak for me without me. I could never forgive infidelity and violent treatment. I dream a lot and set goals that I always try to achieve. Even if I do not succeed, I insist on the best. I do not have a favorite movie, but I like romances and thrillers. I think the biggest advantage is my honesty and if I would like to change something in my character, that would be my mood. I believe in strong and insane love and I think everyone should live it. Friendship is very important to me and it is a beautiful feeling to know that there are people who will be there for you in both difficult and easy times. Is there absolute happiness? If yes then I consider it to be with the people who love you and you love. I would like to wish myself good luck in the new beginning I make and to my readers to never change, to always remember in their lives that everyone they are special and find the diamond of their own soul. Thank you very much my Lena, for this interview and I wish you always have what you want in your life.

I thank you Yota! I wish your diamond to be embraced and loved by many readers!
